"He was very professional and clearly explained all of our options. He got the parts in quickly and came right at the quoted budget even though we went with a more expensive faucet. While fixing the faucet, he discovered that wires to our dishwasher were improperly installed by the previous owner. He went back to his shop to get parts to fix it, noting that he felt he could not leave it as is as it was unsafe. He did not charge us extra for this, despite the extra parts and labor.  We've never had a plumber who was so great to work with, and will certainly continue to use him for all future projects.  One note is that he had a new receptionist at the time of service, and she did not call us back initially.
