The men that came out to do the project were pleasant, quick, and cleaned up the yard when the work was done. "I had such a great experience with DryTech. The estimate was clear, fair and fast. Communication was also clear and responsive. I never felt like I was out of the loop on my project. Yes, I love my fence, but my appreciation for the wonderful crew that did my installation! They were polite, worked hard and didn't make excessive noise when working late into the evening. They were on time and did as they said they would. I didn't have to hoover lol. They had everything under control and worked very well together. They hand dug my post as to not damage my garden. This was no easy task and I appreciate that. Some of the other companies wanted me to remove whole flower beds and trees so they could machine the post holes! That's crazy! Not DryTech they hand dug! "I'll start this review by saying that to me, the "end result" is what counts most.  And Neale and his company produced exactly the custom look security fence I had envisioned.  This was a bit of an unusual request, because even though many people have iron bars welded over their A/C units for security, I needed two large, expensive (side by side) heat pumps protected.  Also, I felt a "security fence" would look better than just metal bars.  So here was my experience: After 1st calling and getting leaving a message with an assistant, it did take a few days but Neale called me back to set up an appointment to give an estimate.  He arrived right on time, took a look at the situation, and after a few minutes of brainstorming we were on exactly the same page in terms of design - and I liked how he sketched it out.  I also felt his quote was very reasonable (his was the 3rd estimate I had gotten).  And I don't know, there was just something about Neale, I could tell he had a *passion* for security fencing and "keeping crooks out" so to speak.  After getting my estimate in writing via email later that day, I put down my (1/3) deposit.  About a week later, after fabricating much of the fence in his shop, Neale and his team arrived and got to work fast.  I took them 2 days total, which was fine (day #1 they installed the fence posts and the concrete needed to set overnight).  Day# was most of the assembly,  welding and the paint job. Now, about 2 weeks later, I am extremely happy with the final result.  Very secure, and very sharp looking!  Even the gloss black paint job is very nice.  My neighbors have made several admiring comments over the past week also.  The only thing I could fault, if anything, would be if speed - is critical too you.Baltimore Wrought does seem like a busy company so don't be surprised if there is a week or so delay / backlog.  Also, they do prefer cash payment vs credit card.  (I did my deposit on credit card and paid the final 2/3 cash).  But  these minimal factors were not a big deal for me, because *high quality* work and to a lesser extent, total price, were all I really cared about - and these guys definitely delivered on both!

"We are having a fence put up along our property lines and needed several shrubs and small trees cleared out. I called Freestate on Friday, the 25th and was able to set up an estimate for the following Sunday morning. Ben showed up on time, gave an estimate and confirmed they would be able to get me on the schedule for that week.
He promised to follow up with me right away to confirm the details. I received a voicemail later in the day confirming that we were on the schedule for the following day! We had a couple emails back and forth and received extremely fast responses each time.
As promised, the crew came out on Monday and removed everything. They did a great job clearing everything out without leaving any debris. The stumps were also ground out and my lot looks like there were never any shrubs/ trees planted in that location.
We had a great experience from the first phone call through the completion of the job and would recommend them to anyone needing tree work.

"Overall the work that was done was quality. Our new floor looks great and we are happy with the result so far. The people we speak with in the office are very respectful and easy to work with. After two weeks of people coming to the house to work every day, we were surprised to hear that Kargman's was finished with their work and requesting payment on March 18, 2016 because we noticed several issues. An outlet was not installed, the wall that they finished was not flush with the old wall, the doors that were installed weren't finished, the light switch in the bathroom was too far recessed so that when the socket cover was on, you couldn't flip the switch. We called Kargman's and they sent someone out to finish, except that they never did. Every couple days we have to call and ask for someone to come out and finish their job. As of today April 5, 2016, the work has still not been completed and we have not heard anything for almost a week. We are looking forward to Kargman's finishing this project and in the meantime will continue to follow up until the work we paid for has been completed.
