"The whole job took him under 10 minutes to complete. However, the dryer that he “fixed” went out again just about a month later. I called somebody else out and he showed me just how much I was scammed. The whole piece needed to be replaced, not just clamped on like the previous guy did. The other guy I called out informed me that this botched job the former guy did could have resulted in a fire, due to the hot air not circulating. Overall I feel as if I was scammed due to the job not being performed correctly the first time."

"It is whoever they contract with. I pay monthly almost $40.00 but it includes both repair and replacement. This is for all appliances. I have a lot of old appliances in my home. I thought I would be using them a lot. I have not had not used them alot. I have 2 furnaces and they did replace one of them."
