Their was a minor issue with the quality of the fascia that was replaced on one side of the house but it was resolved satisfactorily in a timely manner. "They did an excellent job. They cleaned up good. The product was good. The price was good. They advertised a window for $189, but I knew coming out that that was going to be a good option for me. The window doesn't have any gas in the middle. It is a plain Jane two pane window, so we upgraded the window from that. I was expecting the upgrade was not that much more, so I wasn't shocked by the difference. The salesman was pretty good. Everything went as I expected. When they did bring the windows and put them in two guys stayed until 8pm that night to get the job done. I called them out for some caulking or something minor and they came right out and repaired it. I'm going to put some more windows in the house probably next year and I'm going to use them for the rest of them. We had to order windows. It took about 6 weeks to get them. The windows are good and the installation is good. I shopped three different places and they were good on price. There are probably some better windows on the market. There is nothing wrong with the windows I like them. I only had to call them that one time. They were right on time everything they said they were going to do they did. The installers did okay. They were not rookies that had just started that one day. I went with them because I thought if I needed to get a hold of them it may be easier to get help from a company that deals in windows."

"I could not be happier with the final product! The first pic is the old bathroom from the 60s when the house was built. The rest are the final rebuild and it looks great. "It went extremely well. I called Jason, owner of the company, to schedule the appointment. He was able to schedule my condo in less than a week. Michael was the man that was assigned to us. He called exactly at 8:00 a.m. to tell me he would be 15 minutes late. He arrived exactly 15 minutes later. Michael was totally professional, friendly and efficient. He went through my list repairing each item. He even went above and beyond what was on my list by repairing things I had not included. I asked him to use caulk to fill a hold on the rear of my bathroom counter. He noticed that the caulk on both sides of the counter needed extra caulk so he went ahead and completed the work. When fixing the window Michael noticed that the window shade did not go up properly. He removed the shade and fixed it so it would work properly."

The work was completed within 2 weeks. Other contractors were anticipating two months completion. The work took only one day to perform (7 am to 7 pm), clean up was thorough. I went up on the roof and inspected everything. The installation was high quality: shingle placement was flawless and coverage was complete, under nearly inaccessible overhangs, neatly up to side wall flashing, around the new roof vents. "I noticed shingles missing off my roof and several storms came through this spring. I contacted three different roofing companies to give me an estimate on what needed repaired. The first two companies both tried to tell me I needed an entire roof replacement. I contacted ferguson roofing who told me the majority of the roof was still in good shape and only need a few hundred dollars of shingle replacements. After the estimate a date was given for the work and they showed up on time and completed the job. Not only were they honest and reliable but they are huge supporters of first responders and military."

"I waited a few months before writing this report.  My leaks were repaired and after several months with hard rains, extended rains, and snow and ice, our roof leaks have completely stopped.  The company (Bryan) was very responsive, kept their inspection appointment, provided a immediate detailed bid for multiple roof leaks, and scheduled the work quickly.  The company crew showed up on time, went about their business professionally, and I was shown photographs of the damage as work progressed.  The work was completed professionally with no noticeable visual evidence of repair.  The site was left clean after the completion of the work.  In addition, the company painted small areas on my ceiling that had been stained by leaks at no additional cost.  No recalls were necessary since the work was completed properly the first time. 
Although roof leaks can be difficult to assess, the company experience provided accurate diagnosis and repair.
