"I waited a few months before writing this report.  My leaks were repaired and after several months with hard rains, extended rains, and snow and ice, our roof leaks have completely stopped.  The company (Bryan) was very responsive, kept their inspection appointment, provided a immediate detailed bid for multiple roof leaks, and scheduled the work quickly.  The company crew showed up on time, went about their business professionally, and I was shown photographs of the damage as work progressed.  The work was completed professionally with no noticeable visual evidence of repair.  The site was left clean after the completion of the work.  In addition, the company painted small areas on my ceiling that had been stained by leaks at no additional cost.  No recalls were necessary since the work was completed properly the first time. 
Although roof leaks can be difficult to assess, the company experience provided accurate diagnosis and repair.

"John Kelemen with Ferguson Roofing did a fantastic job. He came promptly, which I really appreciated because water was coming in through the roof. He examined the roof and took pictures of the source of the leak. When he showed me the pictures he explained what was wrong, what he would need to do to fix it, and how much it would cost. The repairs were very affordable and he went ahead and did them right away. If my roof needs any repairs in the future, I'll be sure to call Ferguson and request him. This is the second time we've used Ferguson Roofing--they replaced the roof on our previous home--and we were very happy with their work on that job too. "Siding Repair Systems does an excellent job in everything they do. If something was seen that was a problem they brought it to our attention so it could be rectified by the next day. With our house that was a daily occurrence. With everything that was done the house is able to keep the heat or cold regulated. When you touch the wall you feel a neutral temperature, the cold or heat does not seep through the walls like it used to.The house is also more sound proof to outside noises i.e wind, rain, barking dogs, people working in the yard (mowing their lawn) early in the morning. Overall the house maintains its temperature making it a comfortable living environment.We love the Pella windows that were installed and plan to replace all windows in our house eventually. The design of the windows make maintenance of the windows very easy and safe."
