"Stuart and his crew were professional and accommodating. The quality of work met our expectations. The communication was good regarding weather-induced delays and the bidding and invoice process was as well."

"I had to have my deck refinished because I had done it myself and really did a bad job:))) Alex responded right away and was able to get in and get the deck stripped and refinished quickly. It really looks great, he did a wonderful job. He was reliable and in great communication about the cost, the likely outcome ( since he had to try to remove my very over applied oil based stain) and about the timing of the work. I would recommend him and I will use him again for any deck or painting needs I have!! excellent!"

"The pro came out to inspect the fence and sent an estimate promptly. Pro was knowledgeable and suggested a few repairs in addition to what we were planning to do. We hope to complete the job next week."

"This review is long overdue. Cameron and his crew were fantastic! Due to woodpecker damage, I needed to have my house re-sided in Hardie Plank, and I also developed a bad case of, "well, as long as we're doing that...." They removed the old siding, fixed any areas underneath that needed re-sheathing or re-framing (due to water damage), and then installed the new siding. That was all included in the original price quote. I also decided to update most of the windows and sliding glass doors in the house. When the new custom bay windows arrived and were incorrectly configured (no one's fault on my end or Cameron's, as I recall), he graciously re-ordered them, made triple-sure the configuration was correct, and only charged the price difference between the prior configuration and the correct one. His crew also replaced some exterior stairs and 3 decks for me, one of which was badly deteriorated. Not even pressure treated wood can withstand years of Seattle rain, so my main deck was rotting away. They did a beautiful job of repairing and replacing, so I also had them do the walkway up to to my front door to match. Then came the painting, and the paint job on my house is drop-dead, stunningly gorgeous. It was so stunning that the next two neighbors up from me (with identical floor plans), decided to paint their houses as well. All three are now bright, cheery, primary colors. Along the way, Cameron and the Modernized Exteriors crew did lots of little extras, kept me informed about how the work was going, had me inspect frequently, and charged very fair prices. They even sent someone out to fix an old window leak that hadn't gotten fixed by the re-siding process. My fiancee kept an eye on the work progress too, and as a tradesman himself, he highly approved of the quality of their work. I can't say enough good things, and I will hire them again in a heartbeat for exterior work. I just wish they also did interior work, so I could hire them for a bathroom remodel!"

"Sean was great to work with. He listened to what I needed and gave me several options to choose from. His pricing is extremely fair. When my materials cost less than expected he was honest and gave me the difference back. His work turned out nicely looking and he took care to make sure each step was done right. He was prompt on arrival and took the time to answer questions I had as he did his work. I would definitely work with Sean again. When it’s time to replace my entire fence and not just a few repairs, I will definitely be returning to working with him."

"They were the first to respond to my request, set up an apointment for the same day and completed the work that day (in the rain). Others responded later saying they could give me an estimate later or had a much higher estimate than Rite Professional Services. I would definately use them again for any other gerneral contractor need."

"I will absolutely hire Dogwood Home Improvements again. The customer service is top notch and the results are amazing."

"They did a fantastic job. Deck looked like new when they were done."

"Erick and his crew were prompt and courteous. They went out of their way to assure the job was done completely and to standard. Their taping and masking was exceptional providing great lines and definition. They paid great attention to details and went beyond to make sure the job was completed correctly. On top of the skilled workmanship they cleaned up the job above what was necessary. The cost was very very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use or recommend them. The crew was kind and respectful."

"Quickly and efficiently fixed our leaking water tank and toilet!! 10/10 Recommend!!!"
