"I recently hired Express Roofing and Remodeling to handle some gutter repairs and siding work, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial walkthrough to the final cleanup, the team was professional, efficient, and thorough. They took the time to address the specific issues I was having with my drainage and ensured the siding repairs were seamless. It’s a relief to find a crew that delivers high-quality craftsmanship without any hassle. If you’re looking for a reliable contractor for exterior home maintenance, I highly recommend them. They did a great job!"

"Raul and Brianna provided exceptional service. They were extremely responsive to our request for a quote, they began the work without delay, and were available to answer questions throughout the entire process. Raul's work was professional and of very high quality and the clean up was very thorough. We were so pleased with the entire experience and outcome that we will be asking them to do additional siding replacement work in the future."

"They were professional and cared about our concerns with the flooring repair. I highly recommend them and will be using their services again in the future."

"I contacted Near Me Roofing Company after referred from a few on our neighbourhood facebook page. They did not disappoint their referrals. They were scheduled the repair call within a few hours. Cost of repair was explained over the phone in detail. They were to fix my missing shingles on the spot. Awesome roofing service company!"

"Quick, explained everything thoroughly and made sure I reviewed the work! Great customer service as well."

"I really appreciate the follow-through and help I received from Teri at The Handyman of S.E. Bellevue. She went over my project in detail and said that this kind of technical work would probably be best served by a company that specializes in this cable and ethernet install. I really appreciate her taking the time to tell me that. We also went over what they CAN do for me in the future and she sent me a list about that and their COVID-19 protocol to keep them and us safe! Also they are fully insured and the team brings a lot of extras in the truck with them to get the work done that day. All the years I've needed help doing home remodels and small upgrades, this type of customer service is rare. This company will be my next go to for estimates on home repairs and remodels. If you, like us, no longer can or want to do the handyman chores around your house, these are the team for you."

"We hired Lake sound contracting LLC to dry wall repair and few other jobs. Tom was prompt in communication and he did a solid work and finished the job on time without any delay. I would highly recommend."

"Emmanuel was the first to call about our request, and he and his crew did a fantastic job of cleaning the moss from our (very steep) roof and treating it to ward off future problems. The price was reasonable, and the work was done promptly and well."

"Jack and his crew are incredibly nice, knowledgeable, skilled, and easy to work with. They did a fantastic job, and were so respectful of our home! I hardly knew they were here half the time, they were so low-key. We had them do the baseboards and outer door frames on our living, dining, and hallway areas. We'd refinished the wood floors over the summer, and hadn't gotten around to painting and installing the new trim, and finally just realized we didn't want to do it ourselves, and hired it out. They completed the work yesterday, which was well in line with our agreements, and it turned out beautifully! I just walked down the hall, and said internally, "Wow, this looks so great." ? My partner said the same thing when he got home and inspected it. We're both impressed and pleased with it, and Isaac's attention to detail, and willingness to be super diligent for me, were highly valuable! We are already planning to hire them again, to do the trim in the kitchen, and replace a window in the garage that is broken. I highly recommend Jack, Isaac, and Josh."

"Brock was very dependable and worked with us on a small project, painting and caulking exterior of our two story house. He also offered to fix our cobbled together bird screens on our vents and they look great. I appreciate the communication with a contractor, it doesn't always happen and it did with Brock."
