He offered suggestions on how to resolve these problems including installing larger gutters and downspouts which made sense to me. He gave me an estimate which was more than fair. I talked to him a few days later, and he set a time for the install. Josh and his crew arrived close to the set time. He and his crew immediately worked on the job despite the fact that it had started to sprinkle and continued working in the rain into the late afternoon even when it got dark. In the morning I went outside to see my new gutter system, and it was perfect. They had installed a beautiful gutter system and left no debris lying around. Josh is a very nice man, and he has a hard working crew. I would hire them again without hesitation."

But next day, it rained (good luck in this case), and I saw that one was still clogged or not properly put back together. Emailed Stewart, who came out same day and fixed the issue. We also tested then hose tested both downspouts to be sure. Would definitely recommend and would also recommend you make sure Stewart knows of any concerns, that you also tell that to any crew sent over, and that you, if in case of clogged downspouts, ask for a hose test. Keep in mind you may need to help with this if there is only one crew. Remember, they can't see the downspouts from up on the roof, so you need to be there to tell them if something needs adjusting. Definitely would hire again."
