"How did it go? Excellent! Jamie, the owner, was quick to respond to any and all inquires. Easy to reach, easy to get a hold of, both by e-mail and text. His team chief, Bob, clearly had years of experience! They were scheduled for 9 am and at 9 am, I looked outside to see the truck parked outside! Bob's experience came in handy when there were issues getting my sliding glass door into place, due to my residence being roughly 50 years old; which still had the the original, single pane, metal frame windows & slider door. If there were any issues with the same old type of windows which were replaced, I didn't know it because everything went so smoothly. Bob knew exactly how to quickly fix any issues, and his entire crew ran like a well oiled machine. The crew were extremely efficient. plus they went above and beyond; making sure the window glass and frames were cleaned and they vacuumed up the little bits of debris created when taking out the old metal framed windows and they took the old windows/door with them when they left for safe disposal. All the while never complaining about the pouring down rain! I would highly recommend this company, in short, for the excellent install , clean up and very fair pricing."

"After receiving 4 quotes to replace the siding on the south-facing end of our 1950's home - still possessing its original 1956 siding - we decided to choose Athex. They were chosen not because of the quote, but because there was something "good" we saw in this father/son duo. Though the project developed hiccups as we decided to also inject insulation into walls, they were accommodating to these delays and we offered more work for them to remedy a previous window installers "hack job" by adding picture-frame trim to all our windows. We also accepted their bid to paint the house to cover the scars left by the insulation installation. We were very fortunate to have met and used Athex. We can't give Taras and his son Samual a higher recommendation. Give them a call, you will not be disappointed."

"Side-Pro, what a class act! My husband and I discovered the company at the SEA Home show in Feb 2020. They had serval booths in the show and all representatives were friendly and knowledgeable. They shared information and answered questions, never did we feel pressured, plus they had a great magnet clip give away ?. After the show, I called the Side-Pro office to ask few questions. I was fortunate and was referred to Russ De Arment, the sales manager. Russ was able to answer my questions over the phone to my satisfaction and was even able to come out the same day to do a walk through and give an estimate. Russ truly presents himself as a contracting professional. He is honest and presents facts, not what you might want to hear to get your business. I had a siding question on my son’s new construction house and Russ even went to his house to look for me and wrote up a suggest list of repairs for my son. He did this kind gesture without being compensated. The installers were fantastic and treated my house like it was their own. They were respectful on my property and left it in better shape than when they arrived, this was especially important to the field supervisor Duane. As with any project, there are always follow up items. I found one small item and within a day of me notifying Russ, he sent Duane, another amazing team member, who not only took care of the punch list item, he even fixed something for me that wasn’t even siding related! Finally, the painting supervisor, Mo, this is sounding redundant, but another amazing Side-Pro team member. Once again, knowledgeable, reliable, and fun to work with. In SEA, rain is an outdoor painter’s worst enemy. Mo did a great job of communicating schedule changes immediately and always responded to my emails quickly. Like the siders, the painters were professional and did a great job. I have had my house painted three times in 20 years, and by far, this two-man crew was quick, efficient and did quality work. I have a 4500, three story house and they completed the work in less than 4 days. In summary, I got three bids, Side-Pro was the least expensive by a few hundred, but that is not why I went with them. It was their professionalism and responsiveness that helped make my decision to use them and I am so happy I did!"

"The work quality was excellent and the team did a great job. We had requested a quote and spoken with Richard a year prior to hiring and he was understanding when we had an emergency and couldn't move forward initially. A year later and Richard came back out to refresh his memory and verify everything, speaking with my wife and I about the process and options. We booked for Jan 2020 and the crew (Alcindor & Miguel) worked hard in the cold weather and let us know when they'd need to pause for snow. They did a great job and completed the whole shebang (remove old aluminum siding, replace insulation, sheath the whole house, new siding, replace a window, and paint the front door inside and out) in just 2 weeks. The fixed a few problems we didn't know we had (front deck ledger was installed wrong, no fascia on roof) without charging extra. Richard came back out afterward to check the work and spotted 1 minor mistake that they came back out and fixed on their own initiative. We're really happy with the work and it was good to see them doing the same to our neighbor's house up the way!"

"The Rain City Exteriors Team recently did some work for a new school we opened in Bellevue WA. The front of the large building needed siding about three feet down to close a large gap from building to ground and it needed to match the existing exterior already in place from years back. Additionally, the job needed to be completed in an extremely short time frame. Not only did they complete the job quickly, they matched the existing siding to where you cannot tell the difference. They did an amazing job. Their product was superb, their trustworthiness and commitment to excellence over exceeded what I have seen with other companies. Thank you for a job well done! "This was a small job to remove existing and install new siding on one second-story exterior wall above an attached garage. James, the person who arrived at my home to initially measure and quote the job was pleasant and not too sales-y. He claimed that the company could complete the job sooner than others in the area by a couple weeks. This was the first quote I obtained and an incentive was offered if I accepted the quote and provided payment that day and pursued no other quotes. I was contacted by Matt after a few weeks from there forward regarding the job. Conversations with Matt were brief, to the point, and accurate, which was appreciated. He answered any questions I had. The delivery of materials occurred with no advance notice. Luckily someone was home to remove obstacles when the driver arrived. The delivery occurred nearly a week outside the quoted completion window, however. The crew arrived a couple days later, when Matt said they would. The replacement siding, trim, and weather sealing work appears to be of good quality. However, I found issues with the cleanup...specifically, debris left on the property. The workers used a leaf blower in an attempt to clean up the work area and blew detritus all over the driveway, porch, and front/back yard. From there, the larger pieces were picked up, but some construction debris 2" in diameter or less were left, with much of it blown into the grass. I also found nearly a dozen nails that were missed, with several in the driveway or around walkways. There were two brooms and a large trash cart accessible to aid with cleanup, so the choice to blow debris into the grass is confusing. Worse, I parked a vehicle away from the work area as suggested, but found shingle gravels, siding debris, and paint all over the rear half of it. Lastly, the a portion of the gutter is damaged (concave) where the workers' ladder was resting between gutter nails. I"d have rated five stars if not for the cleanup issues, minor gutter damage, and unannounced materials delivery. Recommended."
