We accepted FF's proposal in totality including the suggested upgrade, except for a middle or third rail. Anything missing from the scope of our job was not due to us turning it down. While installing the new gate, the workers got spray paint on the house (pic). Awkward transition from the gate to the connecting fence. The problem was fixed, see the before and after pic. They removed cinder blocks that were preventing soil erosion on the slope between my house and our neighbor's house with new boards. The new boards do were unsightly and do not prevent erosion."

A 200+ foot Wrought iron fence on a property line with both elevation changes and curved horizontally (actually an arc of a circle). The design had to incorporate 10 existing pillars with lanterns on each pillar. The project included a 42 -foot combination driveway/RV access gate. The gate consists of two 21 feet fence panels rolling on tracks, motorized chain driven, and remote controlled. There is also a pedestrian gate between two existing pillars. Now the project is complete. Friends, Neighbors and Passer Byers rave about the new fence and the new curb appeal of my house. "We started the process of having a fence (vinyl & chain link) installed. The vinyl install was acceptable. There were a few hiccups with schedules, but it got done. The chainlink was unacceptable and needed to be corrected a total three times. Once the owner and brother were involved, the install issues stopped, but it took them a long time to finish the 3 day project. I singed with the company on 2/7/17 and finished paying in late May."
