"Was knowledgeable, work was good. Came when they said they would. They had to improvise because the existing sink and plumbing was old so the new faucet could not be used with adaptation which they handled well. [Different tubing size requiring new isolation valves and some hoses] Had a problem which we missed but when I call they came and fixed it as fast as I needed it done. . ."

"Emergency Rooter LLC was thorough, explanatory as he went with his work. I was very please with him and his work. If all the worker is professional and patient with in explaining their job as he was YES yes I would use them as my plumber. My impression of him was he gave 100% of doing his job. I'm sorry I forgot his name but because of doing his work I remember his face."

"I adore the service provided Bourgeois Plumbing. I manager eight rental properties in older buildings and they have been my go to plumbing company for probably 10 years now. The are really the best. From my own home to the rental units, they alway find and repair the problem, even when it is not obvious. They are courteous, professional, reliable and affordable. I cannot recommend them enough."

"Richie and his employees showed up when they said they would, they worked professionally, and they were actually a kick to have around. You can tell that they work well, and they work well together. I got at least 4 plumbing bids before going with Richie. He isn't the cheapest. I think his was the second highest bid, but he has been in the plumbing business for years, and his father before him. My parents used to call his dad before he retired. I was willing to pay a little more for peace of mind. During construction, I was hit by copper thieves who broke off some pipes at the slab. Richie handled the work of re-installing the pipes, and he was reasonable with the labor charge. Once the house was finished, it was discovered that there was a blockage of some sort in a hot water line under the slab. It is suspected that other workers may have crimped a line with a shovel (not the plumber's fault!). When he discovered it, Richie suggested running an alternate hot water line to that part of the house. They did it without charging me extra. After months of being in the house, a house guest was the first to use one of the showers. We found the water flow was becoming low. Richie sent someone out that day to take apart the fixture and flush some debris from the line that was causing the low flow. I assume the concrete pebbles in the line came from the copper theft and reinstallation work at the slab."

"This was a very inconsistent leak. I had waited a week or so before calling Dr. Pipe because it didn't leak every time I showered and I wasn't sure what was happening. Josh had to cut a hole in the wall of the other room in order to access the plumbing and then with visual inspection and a video camera, he traced the leak to the waste and overflow, which he replaced. He double checked to make sure the shower didn't leak anymore before he left. He also fixed a wobbly toilet while he was waiting to see if there was any more shower leakage. <br /> But the next day when I showered, the leak was back. Smaller puddle than previously, but it was still there. Josh came back the next day and replaced the tub faucet and stem gaskets for no charge. The leak hasn't reappeared. <br /> I don't have any problem with his not finding all of the leaks the first time since as I said, the leak was very inconsistent. He was very friendly and explained things as he went along, and when he came the second time, he still had a hard time finding it because it was so small. But he did it and now I plan on having Dr. Pipe do some more major work on my bathroom very soon. Their prices seem fair and the work is excellent. <br />"

"What a great company. Very professional and responsive. Did not have any problems at all. Received a dvd of the main sewer drain under my home and the rental in the back yard. The workers were very professional and got to work very quickly. Received a good explanation of the condition of the pipes right after the inspection with a small drawing of the house and the pipes. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone."

"Roy and Duane were amazing! They replaced the old galvanized pipes with PEX, fixed the broken copper joints, replaced the hot water heater and kitchen sink plumbing. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat!"

"They fixed the problem quickly. If others have a problem with their main sewer line I suggest they use this company. This is their main expertise and I don't know if I would recommend them for other problems."
