He not only took the time to do things right, he took the time to go over everything with us in detail. Bob replaced a handful of mahogany boards on our deck, installed two new light fixtures—bedroom and front porch— built a fence gate, repaired a broken stair baluster, installed a ceiling fan, replaced a rotted board on our shed, and gave us lots of advice and idea for future projects. The work took almost four days. Bob texted every morning to let us know when he’d arrive. He cleaned up as he went and at the end of each day. The project came to around $4,500. It was money well spent."

"I hired Bob to install a new induction range, replacing a cooktop and cutting some of the stone countertop. He also replaced the existing hood vent with an over-the-range microwave. He was very knowledgeable and was able to do all of the work involved by himself. "Roldolfo responded very quickly and was able to accommodate our immediate timeline. He was always on time, very friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. His skim-coating around two newly installed windows was terrific, and he was kind enough to repair a few additional anchor holes we added after he had begun. That being said, my husband and I fixed several deficiencies with the painting we only noticed after he had left. In a few places, it looked like only one coat of paint was used on the walls and the trim, as a few spotty areas still showed some of the plain white primer underneath – as if the rollers were not sufficiently loaded with paint. It produced a slightly splotchy, uneven appearance close up. We touched up some drips on the radiators too. Once we added another coat of paint ourselves, in specific places, it looks beautiful. My husband and I wanted the job finished ASAP so we could put all the furniture back, so we did it ourselves...although based on his responsiveness Rodolfo would likely have offered to fix the problem areas if we had requested it. Personally I would not hire them again, but if you need a job done very quickly, he’s capable."
