"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"John “Johnny Rocket” & his associate did an amazing job servicing my home in Winchester. From the moment they walked through the door, they exuded a friendly, knowledgeable and professional manner. They were quick to diagnose the issue in my heating system & worked efficiently to fix the issue on the spot. The entire job was complete in under an hour. I needed a new thermostat & John installed one on the spot as well! I highly recommend hiring these two gentleman for any of your plumbing & heating needs. After the job was complete, they even took the time to talk my son & I about how they enjoyed helping residents in the local Winchester Community. (They are both former Winchester High School graduates.) I would give Johnny Rocket 10 stars ⭐️ if I could. Look No Further! -Emily (Long time Winchester Resident)"

"Excellent professional plumber I recommend him with highest skill for any complications issues"

"Submitted the lead and he called me within 5 minutes , ready to help… 30 minutes later he showed up. He replaced two sinks/drains on my bathroom vanity in a couple hours. Reasonably priced and did a great job."

"Great job. Was able to repair my hot water heater instead of automatically pushing for a replacement. Great to find an honest man. Thank you Ken."

"The young technicians who came to my home to installed the new thermostat and move it to another wall in my home were polite and conducted themselves professionally in my home and cleaned after themselves. I very appreciated Uri suggestion when he recommended to me another alternative at the initial visit and gave me a few quotes to choose from. So I'm very happy with ER service and I would rehired these two individuals back to my home. I will definitely recommend ER to other people in my life."

"Nick installed two faucets which I'd previously bought and a couple of water hammer arresters on my washing machine. He was professional, on time, and very well organized! His initial estimate was great and that is what he charged. Very reasonable and professional. Several other plumbing companies had proposed dramatically different and higher estimates. It’s good to see there are quality people in the trade who don’t try and charge exorbitant prices."

"I don't recommend contractors lightly—someone has to earn my trust first. That's exactly what Smarlyn and the team at HP Mechanical have done. They've completed several plumbing projects for me personally, including work in my own home, as well as plumbing on all of my fix-and-flip properties and many of my real estate clients' homes. Every job has been handled with professionalism, honesty, and exceptional attention to detail. What truly sets Smarlyn apart is that he consistently goes above and beyond. He's reliable, responsive, and takes pride in delivering quality work the right way the first time. As a real estate professional, my reputation depends on the people I refer to my clients. I confidently recommend HP Mechanical because they've earned that trust. If you're looking for a plumber who is knowledgeable, dependable, and genuinely cares about his customers, Smarlyn is the one to call. Highly recommended!"

"Jeremiah came from Cranney to install a new light on my bathroom. He did an amazing job! He not only installed the light, he also cleaned all trash, as well as getting rid of my old light. I also had a $50 coupon I earned from earlier work. Very pleased with this company. Their prices are good and they always send qualified and knowledgeable people to do the job. Cranney Home Services is the best! Kathleen Depietro Lynn, MA"
