"Our first encounter with Ragsdale was late last summer, around August. We have had problems with both our upstairs and downstairs units over the past four years, and we were finally fed up and wanted the upstairs unit replaced. Ben came out, diagnosed the problem, and quoted us for the replacement of the unit. The price was more than reasonable, considering we had paid three other companies over the two years prior to "fix" different issues. Our routine maintenance check for the upstairs unit was today, and Sam swung by to check out the systems. He not only gave us the best maintenance check and tune up, but he gave us some warnings about both units running so much and how we could lower our electric bill.
