"I canceled twice due to an emergency and a last minute house guest. So now they are imposing a draconian 48 cancellation policy. When I communicate weeks in advance that I am on vacation or out of town, they do not take me off the schedule and think they are still working. I have to call sometimes within that 48 hour deadline. Every cleaning lately has been with a new trainee. There has been problems with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The last cleaning, they did not clean my bathroom counter behind the faucet. They charge per cleaning based on the square footage whether they clean that entire square footage or not and leave early. "
