"We had a very positive experience with Newman Roofing. The sales rep was thorough, knowledgeable and not pushy, giving us options to consider. After receiving 4 estimates we chose Newman Roofing, feeling they would offer high quality at a fair price. We received a two-week window for the job to happen, and received a call a couple days beforehand giving us the exact date. The morning of the job, the supervisor Dustin arrived and was our point-person throughout the day. He spent the day overseeing the project on site, discussing any potential issues with the foreman, taking pictures and keeping us apprised. The roofing crew covered our landscaping, set up sheets of plywood to protect our first floor windows, and plugged up the downspouts to keep nails and debris out. We appreciated their attitude of safety—of ours in entering and exiting, and of the crew in being tied in when possible. I felt welcome to ask questions and we communicated often through the day. The VP of Production stopped by for awhile to check on the project and answer questions as well. At the end of the day, the crew thoroughly cleaned up the debris, checking the lawn with a rolling magnet and even running a magnet over the shrubs looking for nails. "Richardson Exteriors did the roof of my apartment complex in Dublin and also did the roof on all the garages in my apartment complex. During the process of them doing the roof on my garage they neglected to let the office Personnel know that they are going to do the roofs that day like they said they would let everybody know. They went ahead and did the roof with everybody's belongings in the garage and their vehicles which caused damage to my vehicle and other people's belongings and vehicles. I had nails on top of my car, shingle grit all over my car, and chunks of plywood all over my car. My car is a classic vehicle and the paint got damaged. I had my office at my apartment complex reach out to them they never contacted me or the office I tried to contact Richardson exteriors directly through email and they did not reply. 100% would never use this company ever again and I do not recommend them to anyone."
