"This guy is phenomenal! I have no experience with bathroom remodeling and I do not have an imagination for what “looks good” or “what works or doesn’t” --- but Brandon Chamberlain does and with a flair. My wife selected the colors and the accouterments (towel racks, grab bars, tile materials, vanity and sink, toilet model, shower doors, and new lighting and switches, etc.). Color scheme was decided by my wife and Brandon. I was the attention-to-detail guy (caulking, trim, functionality, durability, etc.). The mere complexity of a COMPLETE bathroom remodeling (from the walls out) just astounded me – glad I did not try this on my own – disaster is what I would have created. Bottom line – it took 30 days or so but came out beautifully. This man is truly gifted – his eye for beauty and flair for functionality, coupled with his persistence on the latest technology (some of which surprised me) and his relentless insistence on getting it “right” the first time, produced a product the customer desired that was well worth what he charged. In fact, there are remodeling companies (you’ve seen on TV) that charged 1/3 again for 1/3 LESS material and workmanship as opposed to what Brandon charged. (I did the research.) With his 17 years of experience united with the talent that he obviously possesses, one cannot go wrong with this type work in the hands of a professional like this. His value set is clearly worthy of respect – he does not “take the $$$$$ and run” and, on balance, is very reasonable. You might think that you are getting “sticker shock” but as I said, research and quality of workmanship born out of his value set will help one to get over what some would call “sticker shock.” BTW – a bathroom is not the room that one wants under constant repair as well (little things like water seepage and electrical problems notwithstanding. ?) Brandon took 4 days just to do the shower because of the cutting, forming, and trimming, and that doesn’t include the plumbing for the drain and shower – again all with the latest technology. The question I always ask is “why do we always have enough time to get things right…..the second time.” I insisted that he take his time and he agreed. Inasmuch as nothing is “perfect”, he will come out to “fix” and missed items or touchup as needed. You will not be disappointed so be fair when you deal with him."

"Went well overall. Was very dusty. The concrete work to cover the drainage system cracked in places fairly quickly after it was installed. Our basement has flooded due to sewer back up three times since system installed. Original installed 1/3 hp pump could not keep up with it. The way the basement floor is laid and the system is configured the water on the floor could not get into the system on its own. Thank you."
