"With the 7.36 inches of rain that fell June 30, my sump pump and backup sump were overwhelmed and we think the 16 year old primary sump pump burned out. The DDS plumber had trouble even getting to my house due to nearby street flooding, but he found a way. He got the backup sump pump working properly but couldn't get a good replacement for the primary until the supply company opened on Monday (though he offered to get another brand from Menards for me, I elected to wait until he could secure the brand he recommended). Returned as scheduled on Monday, July 2, and replaced the old pump with a Zoeller. Very happy with the service."

"This company is absolutely wonderful beginning with the courtesy when I called to schedule an appointment the first time. Next Jack N who arrived at my home on time and as promised. He provided me estimate for the repair and went over every detail of it with me. When the crew arrived to do the job they were very professional and performed the job as promised. I have a large house that was built in 1902 and was NOT able to find anyone willing to tackle my problem. Acculevel came in and fixed every issue. "He used this oxidation or whatever process. It had to be out of the 4 days before I could move in. It was relatively good. He was great to work with. He has said he would come in and give it one more blast. He is excellent! I really like him. The effectiveness of the treatment has been so-so. It's 80% better. I haven't talked to him but he called me to see. He said he could get it one more time whatever that means. He came and inspected my new home. That's how I got to meet him. I had another company come out and give an estimate at $6000. So price wise he was much better. He started the treatment on 31st of May, that's the day I closed on my house. So he got in at 8 o' clock that day. He worked over, they did everything on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and then I was able to move in on Tuesday morning. He did the best that he could."

"Iowa Foundation Repair, Winterset, is definitely the best in the business. Justin Porter lazer measured the basement walls and determined exactly how much they had moved over the years. After checking the cracks in the block walls, he proposed anchoring the walls without installing sump pumps. Three other companies quoted me sump pumps which included jack-hammering the basement floor. Justin's crew also installed egress windows and did a great job on those too. This was no easy job. Even though the crew had to dig in the front yard to install the anchors, when they left there was no indication they had even been there. Wow. In and out in one day. Since then no leaks even during the worst of rains. Can't say enough good about Justin and his professional crew. These guys are the best!"

"Kevin and Nate first pre-plumbed our drains and well runs before the concrete floor was poured and as soon as the inside was ready for the rough in they came back and worked with us on the locations of everything and talked us through what they would be doing and when.  We felt totally comfortable during the entire project.  We decided to do some of the finish work ourselves (they installed the hot water heater) and have had to call Kevin a few times to ask questions about the rough in and he answers the phone and is always glad to help us.  I wouldn't go to anyone else for plumbing work in the future."
