"We hired Lex Construction for siding replacement and exterior paint, which included replacing two windows, some general construction to repair bulges in the studs and some roofing/fascia board repair. Of all the companies we had bid, we really felt like Mike listened to our vision and didn’t feel the need to rearrange it to his preference. He also gave us some great suggestions and recommendations, some which we decided to go ahead with and some not. The price was really reasonable, and we ended up adding the front deck replacement mid-project. Both Mike and Troy were responsive and courteous, and did a great job, as well as the contractors that covered the roofing and paint. A few minor details were missed between what we discussed and what they executed, but nothing major. Overall we were really happy with them, and plan to use them again for additional projects we have in mind. We highly recommend them for your next project!"

"Ron did an outstanding job on replacing some of the underlayment that needed to be replaced under the carpet. The damaged pieces were removed and the new underlayment was cut and replaced before I knew it. He also removed the threshold to the outside from that room and sealed the areas where the water might have been leaking. He also installed and metal kick-plate to the front door. I am very pleased at the quality and professionalism of Ron and his assistant."

"The accent shingles on my house were very dirty and the paint on my front door was blistering and chipping away. I wanted the two to be a single color complementing the color of the house. I got bids from several contractors; all were pretty much in line with each other in terms of prices. There were two factors in my choice to go with Absolute Painting an Power Washing. "We had just renovated our kitchen and in the process decided with our contractor, that the cabinets were in good shape and only needed some touch up painting. We also wanted to have the walls repainted to "freshen" the look in the kitchen and give it a new sparkle. We had previously used A FRESH COAT PAINTING, and were extremely pleased with their extreme attention to small details and professional understanding of painting. We had a couple of substantial "dings" after the removal of the old countertops. With the installation of the new granite and new appliances, there were some new areas that needed paint.  Kurt came out to the house and explained all the options and processes they use with each. We decided that touch up was the best option, along with repainting the kitchen walls. We agreed upon the colors and paint type, and Kurt responded a day later with a proposal with options. Work was started promptly as scheduled and completed as agreed to.
