"I live on the Oregon coast and had a new roof installed in 2015. It had persistent leak issues that the contractor could not/did not fix. Romvil repaired the leaks, re-built rotted out interior and exterior walls, and replaced our interior sheetrock. They were very clear about letting us know exactly what they knew we needed to have done, before they did it. They showed us computer generated plans that explained why we had problems and what they were going to do. They were totally honest about cost and made sure we had agreed to what it would cost before they did the work. I will gladly. hire them again!!!"

"The best metal roofing company in town!! Ryan, one of the co-owner doing amazing job for my metal roof leak repair."

"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"C & C Roofing guaranteed us no leaks and even promised to come back out if the leak continued anytime within the next few months after their repairs. We are pretty much through the rough weather season and that was not necessary as everything seems to have been taken care of properly on the first visit."

"Dimitri is excellent to work with! Great communication (provided photos of roof vent seals that needed to be replaced, as well as photos after work was completed.) I would definitely recommend PDX Roof Care!"

"The bid and quality of the work were exceptional! Steve was very professional and actively involved during the entire project. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy or trying to over-sell. His staff were professional and always on time. Steve and his staff were meticulous about being sure that nothing (roofing scraps, etc.) were left in the flower beds, fish pond, or yard. I highly recommended Gibson Roofing!"

"It went really well. I had previously had two wildly different assessments of the condition of our roof. Having a maintenance company rather than a roofer do the assessment was a great idea. He gave a similar assessment of the life left on the roof to one of our previous inspections. This confirmed that we have some years left on the roof and saved us having to get a new roof this year. Worth every penny! Now we have resources to focus on other needed repairs on the house.
We paid extra because we have a steep roof pitch. I felt this was fair and was clearly stated ahead of time. Very professional. Honest. Didn't try to upsell us. What I expected from the reviews.

"Excellent experience with our roof replacement from beginning to end. Our sales rep Lee was extremely personable, spent a lot of time ensuring we had details upfront, and was on par with his follow up. The crew that put roof on was on time every day, very interactive and educational at every step, and worked tirelessly despite the heat. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away after completion. I only gave price a B as we did not go with the cheapest, but the high quality is well worth the cost."

"We have used NW Shine for gutter cleaning for the last 2 years and highly recommend them. This year, we also had them blow the roof off. Raymond did a phenomenal job, worked so hard, and was extremely thorough - even with the clean-up! He really seems to take pride in his work, and I felt that he cleaned our house with the same care he would his own. NW Shine's customer service, professionalism, and bid were simply top-notch. We really appreciated the amazing service and will definitely be calling them back yearly and recommending them to friends and neighbors."

"Technician was professional and courteous. Job was done quickly. They answered my questions before and after the job. I don't know how the silicone treatment for the flat roof will do for the leak yet."
