"Purchased a sprinkler tune up and back flow test with
certification. Paul is a busy guy so it took him a day to get back to me which I
think is very reasonable.  We scheduled
the appointment. He was very punctual. I explained that I had just purchased
the house so he explained how to winterize the system at the end of the season
and how to program the timer at no additional cost. During the inspection, he
found three sprinkler heads that needed to be replaced so he replaced those at
the same time. Total additional cost for the heads installed and adjusted?. $8.97.
 
Paul is my guy from now on any problem I can?t fix with the
system Paul is my first call.

"Brian was exceedingly prompt with getting back to me and making it work with my busy schedule to come give me estimate on the job. A team of four showed up at 7am and worked until 4:00 pm. They removed the old lawn and brought in soil to level out the yard. They installed sod in my front yard and now it looks wonderful. His crew also fixed my sprinkler system so that all the lawn is now being watered evenly. I am very pleased with their work and would definitely hire them again.

"I got a deal for 8 hours of clean-up for $250.  I have a big yard and didn't expect them to get everything done, but 8 hours by professionals is probably 15-20 hours by me, so it was a good deal.
In general, they got a lot done and did it fairly well.  I gave them a B on quality though because there were times when a few seemed to be looking for something to do to fill their time, but there was a section of the yard that they didn't touch.  As I said, I didn't expect them to do it all, but it seemed like they were kind of milling around for the last small portion of my purchased time when there was an area full of weeds.  It was just odd, but they didn't damage plants and carried away a ton of fallen pine-needles, pine cones and other debris, so I was happy with the service.

"Jack and his crew helped me immensely by building a fenced dog area and a French drain with a catch basin to help solve my irrigation problems. Jack is extremely responsive, friendly, knowledgable and easy to work with. I love it when contractors can take your ideas and improve them along the way. Not as a blatant upsell, but helping provide solutions for things that I, as the non-professional, would have overlooked. He made sure my downspouts were connected to the french drain, fixed some issues with my fence and gate, offered lots of ideas for improving my original plan and was well informed about the best materials and methods. The service was well worth the cost and I am super pleased with the results.

My dogs have a fenced area they can access now and I am looking forward to not having mud in my house anymore.

"I called to get an estimate for aerating and dethatching my lawn. Hector came over at the end of the day which was great and gave me an estimate. I called at a later time to make an appointment. He did not show up so I called and left a message. I am not sure if they ever received my message because when I called back she profusely apologized and scheduled me first thing in the morning when I requested. Hector and his crew came on time, and he apologized for the mix-up. I had called back to give him a 2nd chance because I know stuff happens. When he and the crew came they were efficient and professional. My overall rating is not an A because of the no-show but I would hire them again due to the quality of his work and he was very nice to work with. He went over in detail all the steps I need to take to get my lawn in shape."
