"Sales team is great and helps put you at ease through the process. Customer service and resolution to issues is painstaking!! No communication between sales rep and construction crew. When inquiries or communication needed the sales guy would just state-"tell the crew". For the money spent we did not want to "tell the crew" anything and expected sales guy to rise to the occasion since he wrote up bid and was in our home helping going through details of the job...Our air conditioning line was cut killing our air conditioner on the hottest day of summer in July 2016. We got an apology after calling customer service for over a week. Finally emailed sales guy copies and was going to take care of it....Kept up with customer service and providing copy of receipt and inquiries for status took weeks. Received reimbursement for the cut line for AC in December 2016. Rain this last week was beautiful. Our gutters for a year leak and are worst than the ones on the house for 20 years we replaced. Disappointed with the gutters and tons of regret. Roof is beautiful and seems to do what it needs to! Hoping if ever need to use the warranty it won't be as painful an experience as it was to get things done in other areas."

"This is a great company that I will definitely hire again! I had a list of random small and one large projects I wanted to get done around my home and Scott happily checked them off for me. Including taking down a large tree in my front yard, adding new bathroom window trim, installing recessed kitchen lighting, plumbing water to the refrigerator, and a complete over-haul to turn my standard garage into a fun extended living space. Garage included insulation and drywalling the attic area and the walls, and a new concrete floor. The only thing Scott didn't do was replace the garage doors. But he advised and talked with the installers I hired for that work. Scott was great at going through each project, asking and listening to what I wanted, and then describing what each project would entail and the plan to complete each one. Darkstar Construction is an incredible company and Scott is very easy going and a delight to work with! I highly recommend them to anyone needing literally anything done around their home or yard!"

"Nick evaluated the issue and suggested the most cost-effective solution. While Nick was present I mentioned my main sewer line may need replaced. Nick suggested contacting a company that does video inspections of a main sewer line. Following the inspection which identified root intrusion Nick viewed the video and mentioned a client who used an enzyme to clear out his main sewer line. I researched this solution and ended up using Green Gobbler Foaming Root Killer which should result in a $7000 savings on a sewer line replacement. I highly recommend Nick for any plumbing issue.
