"Ayden was our water heater installer. He did a great job! Very professional and knowledgeable."

Longtime plumber with over 20 years of experience.

"These guys were great! I bought the deal through Angie's List for air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. My husband and I purchased the house about 3 weeks ago and the ducts were pretty gross. We wanted to get them cleaned up before using the heater for the first time. Mike and Mike were really friendly and professional and went beyond what was expected. First of all, they found a duct full of asbestos that they were not able to clean (which is fine) but I was not aware of it. Without them, I would have used the heater and had all of that junk floating in the air. Now at least I can address that issue. The lead Mike (seemed like the one in charge so I will call him that), was super awesome. He took a knife and cut open a painted over old vent that had been sealed off. The cavity was full of dust and plaster chunks. He vacuumed it and totally cleaned it out. That was really great of him to do and was above and beyond. While cleaning the dryer flexi hose-thing that connects to the vent that goes outside, the dryer unexpectedly stopped working. Lead Mike, opened up the back of the dryer and reached inside it to find a walnut! He cleaned that out and the dryer started working again. The guys were great and I totally recommend their services."

"Terrific company to work with! Pacific Crest Plumbing replaced my old and failing water heater with a new improved unit. They were professional, timely, and efficient. The job was done as scheduled and above my expectations. They added an insulating foam block under the heater to increase efficiency of the unit and also installed better earth quake straps. A job well done and highly recommended."

"The job went well. I worked primarily with Sterling, who performed the initial estimate and was my contact throughout the job. He provided prompt response to my questions. They helped me choose the furnace based on various price/brand reputation/ efficiency/  tax rebate options. Everything went as planned and the crew was professional, cleaned up after themselves, and communicated well throughout the job. They also reused my existing programmable thermostat (with no problems) even though other bids stated they would need to replace it. I received 3 bids for this job and don't regret going with Mr. Nash--I am warm this winter."

"They called me when they were on their way to my house and arrived promptly. They fixed everything quickly and explained the problem to me. They also visibly checked the water shutoff in the house, in the garage and talked to me about the efficiency of these, or inefficiencies."

"Gene phoned prior to arrival just as promised. He also arrived within the window of time I was given. It took him about 30 minutes to complete the repair. He also did preventative maintenance on the hot water side as well since both valves are the same age. He even let me know where my water shutoff is located since living in a condo makes it a little confusing. Additionally the price came in just as I was prepared for with the initial quote. Great experience!"

"I worked with the installer on the installation. The installation went well and the unit has worked well for the past 13 years. My only complaint is that there is no access panel to get to the heating coils and heat exchange which makes it more difficult to clean. They responded promptly on the service calls and got the problem fixed on the first visit. They were nice people to work with and the price was reasonable. I was happy with their service."

"The team at Roots were very helpful with the removal of an old leaking water heater including working in a tight crawl space to determine the extent of the leak and water damage. They are standing by to install a new tank once the mitigation and restoration in my laundry room has been completed. Matt and Victoria seem genuinely committed to doing good work and providing great customer service and communication."

"We wanted to switch out our 20 year old water heater with a tankless option — to both save space and energy. Trinity plumbing was a great company. Sent an estimator out same day and really knew what they were talking about. I feel confident in a lot of my home renovation knowledge from the fact that both my parents build multiple of our homes but plumbing I am lost on. They were incredibly helpful and got the job done in no time! I was impressed all around. I might actually show our new water heater off the any guest that come visit 😂 job well done"
