"My 81 year old brother and his wife recently purchased a Sunroom from Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows; they tried to do so sooner but a company out of Tulsa mislead them into believing that they sold Four Seasons Sunrooms and we had to get their deposit back from the Tulsa company first. The owner of Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows was very helpful to me in advising me on how to go about getting that deposit back. Not only that, once we got their money back and the contract from the misleading company back the owner of Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows personally handled the estimate and contract with my brother and his wife himself. He was very understanding when, due to a health situation with my brother, we had to postpone the beginning of the build twice. The owner is one of the nicest men I've ever met, a true and honest Christian businessman. My brother and his wife are so very pleased with their new room, and that pleases me. This is the third sunroom that Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows has built for members of our family and in working with them we have found that the contractors/employees who did the work are the same ones that built the first sunroom for a family member 15 years ago, that in itself says a lot about this business owner and the way he treats others. At that point, I noticed it was not installed properly by the previous company. Tim came by and helped me design the new sunroom in which I'm thoroughly impressed and happy with. Tim was very helpful and attentive to my concerns and was great at offering suggestions. Another person I was impressed with was Jason. He was the best!! He came out and built the sunroom. Jason was very detailed and professional throughout the entire process, addressing any questions and/or concerns I may have had during the build. "I put a 12' x 33' concrete slab at the back of my house in preparation for a sunroom and then got visits and bids from several installers in the Austin area. In a previous house some years ago I had had a moderately unpleasant experience with a nationally known sunroom installer because of leaks and maintenance and, this time, made careful plans in advance. I considered a wood framed structure but the cost would have been 1.5 - 2.5 time more. I chose Lone Star Patio. They installed a beautiful aluminum sunroom over the slab (11 windows + a cabana door) with electrical outlets/fan/light. Peter Garcia, the owner, had a personal hand in almost everything that got done. He is easy to communicate with and responds promptly to texts, emails and phone calls. The person who manually did the installation, Sean, is a perfectionist (and also a really nice fellow). The electricians - subcontractors - were so good that I will call them myself if I need electrical work. Peter knows how to choose good workers. There were some significant delays but these were due to weather and matters beyond Lone Star Patio's control. There is a 5 year labor warranty from Lone Star Patio + longer materials warranties from Norandex (for the windows) and PGT (for the door). Overall, we are very happy with results and I trust the company to provide maintenance, if it's needed during the warranty periods."

"Used them at the recommendation of a friend, to install gutters for two story house. Gutters Worked however when it rained heavy, my flowerbeds got completely flooded due to where the downspout was installed. I called and sent photos to see if maybe I needed additional downspouts installed or relocated to divert the water elsewhere away from my foundation and never got a call back from them. On two separate occasions. Then come to find out from the person who referred them, they responded to him in recent days and continued to do work for him. I guess I will not be using them for further projects if they don’t even respond about the projects they completed. I guess since it’s a small job, maybe it wasn’t worth their time."
