"The technician, Lance Morton, and another technician that came with him were very professional and honest, explained why my outdoor faucet was leaking and replaced the faulty parts very fast. Great service. Thanks."

"The installation itself went well, and the additional items promised were received. We negotiated for more items since we didn't need an additional RO filter. NOW here is the BUT. We do have satisfactory whole house basic filtration, BUT it adjusts the pH the wrong way for us. Sales person tested water but I don't think she was used to seeing high pH like we have out here. We really needed a different solution to take care of that, but that wasn't suggested. So our water is even softer now. This keeps us from being satisfied with what is a good product otherwise. Last periodic servicing January 2017, satisfactorily performed."

"They quickly installed and had three thermostats installed that was included in the routine maintenance."

"They were excellent. Megan who took my calls was friendly, funny and professional. James and Justin who did the repair were respectful, courteous and also professional. They all did a great job and I will definitely use them again."

"I had an emergency repair of a couple of water leaks from the main line of my house. Lonnie came right to assess repairs, left & came back within the hour to do the repairs. It's been over a month now & the repairs are holding up nicely. This is not the first plumbing/drainage job this company has done for me. They are professional, punctual, trustworthy, do not price gouge & do not take forever to complete the job. Quality work! Yes, I will hire them again. Thanks Lonnie!"

"Everything went excellent - I got my water on right away. This company is super, absolutely fantastic. Best plumbing experience I've had. If you want someone very honest, caring and one who does quality work, you must hire this wonderful company."

"We have been using them since they opened. They seem to have quite a selection, and their service was always good. The people there always knew what they were doing.  Their price is reasonable. The quality has always been good. One time we went in, and we were looking for a certain item, and we couldn't find it, and they took us right to it."
