It was initially highly speculative as to where the leak was arising. To make a long story short it turned out there were three separate (two of them unusual) sources of leak. It took several visits to fix them all. I paid only for the first fix. The rest were covered under the warranty, promptly after I reported water was still entering the sun room. Very professional, excellent service, highly recommend."

Also a certificate of completion is expected by my house inspectors that I assume the ambiguous warranty was supposed to replace and it is not. So can't recommend them unfortunately."
