"We noticed on a Saturday morning that our refrigerator had stopped cooling. Called and left a voice message at Omega Force. Sunday received a text message setting up a virtual video chat for noon on Monday with an Omega Master Technician. The technician was able to correctly diagnose the issue and contacted an Omega Force repair technician in the area. The technician (Nate) arrived around 2:00, replaced a defective control board in the refrigerator and by 2:30 the refrigerator was once again cooling. Nate was courteous, professional and personable. This is my second time using Omega Force to repair an appliance and I highly recommend contacting them for any appliance repair"

"Contacted me the evening of Memorial day to let me know that they had selected my earliest date suggested in my reply to Mr. Appliance for the service to our washing machine, 5/26. They were here at 3pm to examine the washer and see if it really needed a pump or if it was just blocked. It needed a new pump, so they called in the model number and scheduled with me to come back out the next day to install it. They were very professional, down to putting plastic boot covers on their feet when entering the house. The entire diagnostic / installation of the pump might have been done in one visit if I were as responsive as they were in getting them a model number for the pump before they came on the 26th. Having the one visit also would have avoided some confusion that arose concerning the credit for part of the repair costs through my payment to Angies list. <br />"

I dropped off the snow blower and he gave me a realistic time when it would be done. He called me when it was ready. "Called many parts stores trying to find one that I could pick it up because I needed it right away and didn't want to pay $10.00-$15.00 for shipping one parts store told me to try repair clinic so I called and they had my part! So drove out picked up part this place was amazing they seemed to have everything! will be going back. So if you don't need a service tech to come out and you can do it yourself or know someone who can this place is fantastic!"
