"After 15 years in my current home, I was finally getting granite countertops. I was so excited. I went to Paramount on the advice of a friend who had used them. From the start they were very helpful. They answered any and all questions I had. I looked at multiple granite places, and I ended up selecting my granite at another business. Paramount did an excellent job coordinating the delivery of the granite to their site in a quick and efficient manner. The gentleman that came to measure our kitchen was professional and on time. Paramount allowed me to come down to the company and they put up all three slabs they were using for my kitchen and put the template of my counters, island and desktops on them. They were patient and helpful in deciding where to cut the granite to get the maximum effect I was looking for. (Lots of movement). Along the way, I made changes - edges of the granite, backsplash changes and added sinks and faucets. They patiently updated my invoice and emailed me the updates to the project within an hour every time.  I never felt they were frustrated or upset with me, and they treated me with respect. The installers were on time and professional.  They did an excellent job and I love it. I have had many compliments on them and wouldn't change a thing. BASICALLY HE OFFERED TO CLEAN THE OLD KITCHEN FLOOR GROUT, PATCH IT WITH A SIMILAR COLOR AND THEN SEAL IT. ALSO CLEAN AND SEAL BACK SPLASH, SHOWER AND BATHROOM SINK SURROUND. I GOT THE IMPRESSION THAT THIS WAS NOT A PERSON WHO REALLY KNEW ABOUT TILING AND GROUT. I DECIDED TO INVESTIGATE A LITTLE MORE ABOUT DOING IT MYSELF AND I LEARNED THAT CLEANING AND SEALING IS SOMETHING A HOMEOWNER CAN DO ON THEIR OWN, IF YOU GET THE RIGHT PRODUCTS. ALAN CALLED ABOUT 3 DAYS LATER, AND I TOLD HIM I WAS THINKING OF GETTING MORE INFORMATION AND OTHER BIDS AND TO GIVE ME A WEEK'S TIME. HE THEN STARTED CALLING OUR HOME EVERY NIGHT, STARTING THE NEXT NIGHT, UNTIL ABOUT ONE WEEK LATER, I WAS ABLE TO TELL HIM THAT I WAS GOING TO DO IT MYSELF."

     The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
     gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
      We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
      and flowing water sound near the small deck.
      The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
       time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.
