Mike was very easy to coordinate with, arrived 10 minutes early (always a plus) and was very quick in removing my DISH. He fully explained what he would do, and actually did, for me and caulked the holes where the DISH struts were removed to prevent rain penetration. He then took care of recycling the DISH after giving me the option to keep the DISH or have him recycle it."

"It was a two-day project, as they had estimated. They were able to remove all the unsightly mold/grout in our showers, replace it with the colors of my choice and then seal it. They were able to show me there was no damage to the wall behind the tile, which comforted me greatly. Then I was shocked at how well they were able to restore my old toilet! It looked no different from the new ones we had put in the week before. And now I no longer have to use harsh chemicals to clean my toilets. I just pour some water in to give it a "false flush," then use a little dish soap and a very light swish with the toilet brush and we're back in business. I couldn't be happier. "I have very mixed feelings about this firm;  I indicated I would use them again because in the end they did exceptional work and completed the work in an extremely efficient and timely manner.  I am very pleased with the actual work that was done and the faucets are wonderful.   Having said that,  I can't say the same for the overall experience - particularly with regard to  customer service issues that occurred prior to the actual call.   I set up this call 4 days ahead of time as I had one day open and needed to set up some other things around the plumbing call -- but that was my priority.   The person I spoke with told me they would call me back that afternoon with a time for the day I requested however nobody called.   I left two additional voicemails over the next 24 hours and finally got a call back telling me that the plumber would arrive between 11:00 and 12:00 on my requested day.  I was also told that someone would call me for more details on the actual work, however that never happened.  When the day came,  12:00 came and went with no plumber and no phone call.  Plumber finally arrived a bit after 12:30. A half an hour late is not a big deal but because I experienced such a lack of response from them initially I was pretty convinced that no one was going to show up at all.   My suggestion would be that Duda either expand the window for calls...or make a quick phone call when there is going to be a delay.  I believe pretty much everyone has access to mobile phones - shouldn't be a big deal."

"Don and crew were excellent to work with. He promptly returned my initial call and scheduled an estimate appointment that same week. He explained the process they would follow and gave several suggestions to help us choose the proper materials. They performed the work just has he said they would. The work was done in early spring so there were some minor weather delays. Don always called to inform us when they would or wouldn't be on site based on the weather. Since I was not around when they were on site, he called frequently to report on progress and to make sure I was happy with their work.
