"They installed a basement sump pump quickly and professionally"

"Working with Paradigm was easy from quote to finished work. This started out as exploratory--we had taken on a tiny amount of water during our first summer in the house. I called to schedule a quote, and Bob was able to come out within a few days. As he inspected the basement, he clearly explained everything that he was seeing. His expertise and willingness to talk through his recommendations in detail gave us a lot of confidence. This turned into a larger project when we took on a lot of water from a new area during a few days of severe storms. They worked with us to move up our first date and get on the calendar ASAP for the second round of work. They worked quickly and efficiently to do the first round of mold remediation and waterproofing, which involved removing damaged wood paneling, treating studs, installing a vapor barrier in a crawlspace/trench, and digging out basement window wells. The second day of work was the larger project. We had a small sump pump and hydrogap on one wall of the basement, but we needed to install drains to catch water from two additional walls. The existing sump pump wasn't large enough to handle it, so we needed a new system. Bernie and his crew showed up on time, and Bernie walked me through all of the work that they would be doing. Throughout the day, Bernie, Andy (an owner), and a couple of crew members took time to answer all of the questions that I had. They were patient, professional, and very customer-oriented. I am also very impressed with the quality of work that they did. They removed a wall and shower from the bathroom, rough casted and parged a wall, touched up parging on other walls, installed the drains, and replaced the sump pump. They pay attention to detail. Everything looks clean and solid, and they clearly know how to work efficiently. They are also very careful with clean-up--they didn't leave any dust or debris behind. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!"

"Great quality, punctual and good communication. Got a sump pump and french drain installed and very pleased with the work done by Josh and his crew."

"AWS did an excellent job waterproofing my basement with a French drain and two sump pumps. They were a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend them."

"Steve Ault clearly explained the reason for our gurgling sinks and incomplete flushing of a toilet and then fixed them by clearing the sewer line. He cleaned up the area perfectly. He also replaced a malfunctioning sump pump with a new one with new piping. After the work was done, he explained what he did and showed us how to monitor the sump pump. He also clearly advised us about another potential problem that concerns us - a main/meter shut off valve. There was no high sales pressure. Steve seems very knowledgeable and competent and we plan to call him in the future for our plumbing problems. Without our asking, he gave us a senior discount and waived the dispatch fee."

"Great and very fast plumbing service"

"I had a wall in my basement that was filing up with water from runoff outside. The wall started leaking into my basement. The crew jackhammered a trench along the wall in my basement and installed a drainage pipe, fill and a sump pump. They cemented over the trench and it looks like they were never here. Lots of rain since then and my basement is dry. Timely and professional- highly recommend"

"Andrew and Rob came out after our sump pump failed. They were prompt and gave exceptional service. Very professional. They were helpful and even offered to help clean up the water. Highly recommend them!!"

"Went very smoothly, thanks largely to the detailed planning by the sales/account person, Mark Drucker. He spent the time to go through all the options, even taking time to calculate expected fuel costs based on my prior year usage and using gas furnace or electric heat pump. He is extremely knowledgeable and very forthright. He was clearly focused on finding the best solution for me, not for them. His detailed advance planning and drawings made the installation go very smoothly.
