I was reminded about this requirement 3 days before I needed to move out so I had to call everyone I could and just hope someone could help me on such a short notice. One of the places I called reccomended heavens best as a possible solution and they were indeed the solution to my problem. He squeezed me into his schedule and got it done for a solid price. "Dan repaired and re-grouted a few areas in our shower. He cleaned and sealed the grout around the shower tile and on the tile floor. He also re-caulked the periphery of the entire tub and around the glass block window. He spent a lot of time removing all of the old caulk and did a fantastic job of re-caulking. I wish the people we had remodel the bathroom would have done it as finely as Dan did. He was friendly, very skillful at his job and cleaned up perfectly after the job was done. I am so happy with his work. I will hire him again. I suggest that you hire Dan, The Grout Doctor, for your next project. Thanks Dan."

"Our granite countertop had chips around the sink from years of kid abuse.  I set up an appointment with Brian and he was able to meet with me the following day for an estimate.  Brian inspected all of the countertops, but the only area needing attention was the edging around the kitchen sink.  It The was pretty beat up and we discussed and decided to bevel the front edge and fill grind/fill chips along the side edge.  Brian explained the work, estimated the time at two hours and we set an appointment for two weeks out. <br /> Brain called the day before our appointment and arrived as expected the next morning.  He taped everything off, went to work and finished as planned, including clean-up, approximately two hours later.  Brian also cleaned up some calcification along the back edge of the sink.  The granite around the sink is back to it's original condition and I can't see or feel where he did his repairs.   <br /> Brian also explained the limitations of the fill material used for some of the chips and encouraged me to call if we had any issues in the future.   <br />   <br /> <br />"

"The overall cleaning was just fine. There were two spots. The darker one disappeared, but the other didn't. Instead of having them return, I used Oxi Clean and it's almost gone. The spots weren't properly treated by us in the first place, so I can't complain."

"Crew arrived on time and worked from level to level. Carpets cleaned using hot water extraction. Small stains were completely removed. Carpets looked fresh and nearly new. Tile floors were washed and indivdual grout lines were sealed with roll on sealer. One stain reimerged in the basement after the crew left. They returned the next day and treated the stain, removing it completely. Heavy furniture that we did not want moved was put on foam blocks. Other items were moved as needed. The crew even moved bookcases and other furniture back into place when they came back to treat the stain in the basement. All in all, this was an exceptional cleaning experience. <br />"

"Both items were in sorry shape (especially the chair). They were upfront about the limitations of my job, but they cleaned it up excellently, and at a very fair cost. My only qualm was that they had to postpone service twice due to the cold weather...don't know if that's standard. <br />"
