The roof was expensive, but with energy savings, homeowner's insurance savings, and increased resale value for my home, it will be worth the expense. The chimney flashing that came with the new roof is 10 times better than the flashing and tar that was there before. Financing was quick and easy and pre-job and after-job communication has been very good. By the way, I had AWS entry doors installed on this old house and there were no drafts at all. My house was warm and draft free all winter."
