"Randy started tearing into the project when he came over to give us the quote. He scheduled a return date a bit after our new appliances arrived, because he was quite busy. We a had a get together at our house before the date he was to return and my wife asked if he could possibly do it before then. He apologized and said he was in the middle of a big project and couldn't get away. We told him that was no problem. He called me one night before our get together and said he felt bad that he couldn't get it done for the event, and decided he would squeeze it in somehow. He did, and it was a wonderful outcome. He is a great guy, and is at the top of our list for handyman projects. <br />"

Magnetic sweepers assured that no old roofing nails were left on the ground or in parking and walking areas. Advance warning to remove cars from garages before re-roofing to prevent damage by falling debris. Continuous work on the job till completed, except. Worked unit by unit, removing old roofing in the AM and completing deck and eave prep and new roofing installation before leaving in the evening, so as not to leave a bare roof deck overnight. Supplied several well-trained, efficient, safety-conscious, courteous crews. Thereafter, a separate crew replaced gutters and downspouts, extruding gutters on-site to precise length. Lyster did all detailed work required by the contract. Impressed me and the other board members. Our manager had used Lyster before to re-roof a similar one of his other properties and recommended Lyster."
