"Very personable, but never quite finished anything (holes in walls, caulking, etc.) I provided everything except actual construction materials, but I think contractor could have received better prices than I did. They can back several times to finish this and that, but never quite managed to actually finish anything. Finally, they just stopped coming. I repaired the large hole in the wall and the shower caulking myself, and had a plumber remount the toilet. The contractor mentioned he had a sick mother out of town and has my sympathy, but still . ..
