"They came out once, refilled the system, and it was out again within 6 months, so I contacted the supplier, who arranged with them to refill my system, because that stuff is like 330 Dollars. The supplier agreed to warranty my repair, even though it was past the due date, I only had 5 years on it, and it had 6 years on it. They realized that the coil was out and so they ordered that and replaced it. It took some time, but it was fine. You have to schedule them in advance, otherwise you may not get immediate help."
