"Water Heater Masters came the same day that I first contacted them and replaced my heater that day as well."

"It went very well and all the issues were resolved quickly. Adan was very professional and confident service person. We highly recommended Payless water heater and plumbing."

"I don't know enough to compare (dollarwise) the tankless water heater I purchased to others in the market. I can say it's an impressive piece of equipment and is providing my desired level of service. I now have hot water throughout my home in seconds! AND, Dave impressed me immediately as a sound, honest, energetic business man and technician. In no time he and Carl were at my house doing the work I desperately needed. It was dark when they finished but they lived up to their word in fixing my hot water problem "today"!"

"The first visit lead to cleaning the area around the heater and burners and checking the thermocouple. Sadly that seemed to make it worse. Less than a week later No hot water for over 30 hours till the second technician replaced the thermocouple. All is perfect now. No charge for the second visit. The next step, if needed will be a tankless and their quote looks a bit steep. But I am really hoping I won’t need to go that far."

"My water heater was leaking profusely all over my basement floor and needed to be replaced immediately. Usually getting someone to come over in an emergency is not easy, but when I phoned Arreaga Santos Plumbing Santos said he would come over right away, which he did. My heater is in a difficult place and hard to get to, but Santos and his assistant removed it with ease. Not only was this done fast, the minute details that he attended to were performed with great care and very high quality. Also, he's a very nice guy. Based on the entire situation there is no other plumber I would use in the future. Just call him, you will be as happy as I am."

"Great customer service. Clean, fast, efficient. Came at 10:30, gave me a quote, matched a competitor's service, and for less $$. I had a new water heater in place by 1:30. Excellent!"

"I highly recommend this company!!! He responded within minutes of my searching for a plumber. He came the next day and installed a new tankless water heater. He also found a faulty electrical outlet and repaired it as well. Quality workmanship. I will keep his number. His name was Harry."

"Our service technician was very well versed in plumbing issues. We had a couple of quirky issues with our new home-- one was murky or cloudy water at various faucets throughout the house. Another was warm water coming from the cold faucet late in the afternoon at the main kitchen sink. We suspected air pockets in the pipes was causing the murkiness in the water and that the pipes were getting warm from the sun in the kitchen. This was confirmed, but we went through a number of tests to rule out other possibilities. Our technician thoroughly analyzed our entire house, the products we installed, and then went away and did some research on his own on our water heater and other products or solutions that we could consider. We were very pleased with his knowledge and attention. The charge was more than fair for the amount of work and time he put into researching our problems. We will definitely use Oak Plumbing in the going foward."

"Excellent from start to finish. Arrived on time, replaced our old water heater with a new one, left everything very clean and, from what I can tell, provided excellent workmanship at a very reasonable price."

From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and professional. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time, exuding confidence and expertise. Their meticulous attention to detail was evident as they thoroughly assessed the situation and quickly identified the source of the leak. The plumber's skillful execution of the repair was truly commendable, as they worked diligently and efficiently to resolve the issue. Not only did they fix the leak, but they also took the time to explain the root cause of the problem and provided valuable advice to prevent any future mishaps."
