"Two thumbs up for Gordon's Heating and Air. I found them to be extremely responsive and easy to work with. I called the morning after our incident and they were able to come the same day. I was worried we would have to replace the entire system, but, based on his experience with similar situations, the technician started by checking the transformer in the air handler unit. Sure enough, that was the problem and the system was back up and running in 20 minutes. It would have been very easy for an unscrupulous company to take advantage of us in that situation, but fortunately for us Gordon's is an honest company, and the total cost for their emergency call and repair was one of the least expensive items on our list of damages. I will happily call them without reservation the next time we need service or repairs to our AC system.
