"The owner came down to give us an estimate on what it would take to fix standing water issue in a house we were looking at purchasing. He performed a thorough inspection on what was causing the water to sit in the crawlspace and went over what would be required to keep the moisture and water from affecting the structural integrity of the house. "It went very well.  It took them 2 days to complete the work.  They were very professional and knew what they were doing.  I was especially pleased that they took care of enclosing the end of my porch so that the animals could not get under there anymore.  And I had a block wall that was placed many years ago but had fallen over.  They reinstalled this wall and it looks better now than it did when it was first installed!  Also they placed the extra dirt that was left over in the back yard right where we needed it.  I was very happy with their work and would recommend them anytime. 
I had contacted several companies to come and give me an estimate, but had a hard time getting anyone to look at it.  Of the couple that did take a look, they only discussed patching the walls.  But when I called Cincinnati Foundation, they came out right away and were very knowledgeable of what the problem was and how it needed to be repaired.  I knew I found the right person for the job!
