As far as the pest control, they do a great job, it is expensive, but worth the cost as I know they are actually making a difference with the bugs in our yard.
That said, they always show up on time, but their billing department is in terrible shape.  We pre-payed for the entire year and kept getting billing notices that we owed them money which is annoying.   But they do try hard and are trust worthy
