"Pro was completely efficient, attention to detail &wanted to do the job right. Was masterful when working with tools with safety in mind. Was not content until the product was right and beautiful. I would recommend him for any floor laying project. Hands down."

"The company was professional, and they were prompt and efficient, and provided a detailed estimate of the work. They were customer focused and provided clear communication when we had questions or concerns. The company provided a positive experience, and the flooring is beautiful."

"We are beyond pleased, and continue to marvel at the fine craftsmanship provided by Heritage Hardwood Floors. We had purchased a lake home that needed a great deal of work, including lots of neglected hardwood flooring. As soon as we met Chuck, we knew we were blessed to have found him. We had such extreme confidence in him and his expertise that we ended up saying "whatever you think would be best" when it came to many aesthetic design decisions on particularly troublesome areas. He just took care of everything! He also "warmed up" the kitchen by installing new wood wainscoting and new hardwood floors. We didn't have the imagination to think of such options ourselves, so we are beyond thankful for his attention to detail (including so much trim work, on top of everything else!), dedication to the job, and on a personal note, his thoughtful kindness. We deeply appreciate the top quality of Chuck's work, as well as the customer service we received from both him and his wife Pat. Highly recommended!"

"Jim was very professional. They ripped the vinyl flooring and changed it to tile flooring. Work was completed on time.

"2 men showed up on time the first day, but the job dragged into a second day. Then only 1 guy was here. The work looks great, but since there was only 1 guy here my wife and I wound up helping him move around some furniture...as opposed to having a crew of 2 here to move it themselves (a service that is included in their price and in the contract). Our installer was an independent contractor, so he has no real affiliation with 651 Carpets other than a check. But he worked hard and the carpet looks good."

"I had to have them back out and redo the tile. We've already replaced the nuts and bolts in the drawers that were falling out."

"From day 1 it was a night and day experience. They actually showed up, so they were already off to a better start. Worked with the city and structural engineer to ensure safe completion of structural work, worked with me on layout and design. Work area was always tarped off to avoid dirtying up the rest of the house, and the worksite was so clean I wanted to hire them as housecleaners afterwards. Very respectful of our property and time, and our money. There were a couple change orders, and I was on the front of them every time- I knew what was going on, I was able to make decisions on which way I wanted to go with things. There was constant updates and communication, they were always willing to meet me onsite to discuss progress. Their subs were great as well. I had a lot of changes and additions I made during the project and they were happy to accommodate. I was never in the dark on anything- always knew where my money was, if there were delays, if we needed to change or update something. We've already engaged them on another project. I absolutely love these guys and would recommend them to anyone. They saved my house. I was ready to walk away from the stupid thing and now it's coming together as the dream house I hoped it would be. "We are absolutely thrilled with the bathroom remodels performed by Construction as Investment, LLC. We needed to remodel two of our three bathrooms. The two bathrooms are of moderate size, yet we had received estimates ranging from $25-$50,000, which seemed extreme. We then saw the big deal the company was offering for a full bathroom remodel for $5,000 and purchased two of the big deals after researching and finding good reviews on their work.

Vitaly was the project manager and he took the time to answer our questions and provided good suggestions for a few tricky details in our spaces. He also provided all of the needed measurements and instructions so we could confidently go and pick out all of the materials we wanted to use. This was especially helpful with the tile since my wife and I have never done a project with tile before and weren't experts by any means at understanding what to look for and what we would need. Before and during the remodels, I primarily communicated with Vitaly by texting and he was always prompt in responding. This method of communicating was quick and efficient and made it easy to keep the work moving.

Viktor is the companies "bathroom guy" and is an amazing craftsman and hard worker. He actually did both bath remodels all on his own, yet completed the work quicker than the time estimates we had gotten from the other companies that had given us estimates. And it wasn't from cutting corners, etc. Instead, Viktor's work was outstanding. Our city inspector even remarked about the high quality of workmanship on the remodels. Viktor is a very kind, quite and honorable individual. Because we had two bathroom remodels, Viktor spent a fair amount of time in our home and he really felt like a friend by the time the remodels were complete. We were actually sad when the remodels were finished because it meant we wouldn't see him anymore. When has anyone ever said that about someone working in their home? Our nanny homeschools our youngest daughter, so they and our dog were around the house each day with Viktor. He was always friendly to them and they enjoyed seeing him each day.

About a month after the remodels were complete, we had a crack in the grout in the corner of one of the showers. I texted Vitaly and he made arrangements for Viktor to stop back over one evening and make the repair. There was no hassle in resolving the issue and it was nice to see their commitment to doing the right thing even after the work is over and they've been paid.

We had a tremendous experience with this company and would highly recommend them to others looking for a company that does good work and stands behind it.

"Paul did a great job.  Our previous contractor didn't do a very good job on the rough openings for the doors so it took longer than Paul thought to install the doors, but he didn't charge us extra.  Every door looks really good.  The wall he finished for us looks a lot better than the other walls.  We should have called him first.  He will be getting a call from us on any more work we need for sure."

"Brett came our showed us lot's of differnt carpets & laminate samples, Brett helped us pick out the flooring that matched our decor. The installers did a great job on time."
