"I felt that I needed an alarm security system since my neighbor's house was burglarized. I felt it's not safe anywhere these days whether you live in a good or bad area. I agreed on a Sunday and by Friday's evening he sent Bryan out to get the alarm system installed. It took couple hours to get it done but it was worth the wait. I'm not good with remembering things and illiterate when it comes to handling high tech device but Bryan was so patience with me and taught me over and over again to remember how to use it. I'll likely forget soon but he said feel free to call him if I have any questions or concern. I'm very happy with the services I received from Michael and Bryan and deserved a 5 star rating."

Angie's List was running a special with Security One/Safe Home Security systems; they are highly rated, so I bought the special. I am very pleased with the level of customer service: they responded quickly via email or phone to all of my questions. Their technician guided me on the doors & windows to select for motion sensors. I am able to track disarming of the security pad by user via email, which means an email pops up whenever my kids come home/disarm the system. I am also able to track arming/disarming via their mobile app, or use the mobile app to arm/disarm the house. The monthly payment plan is affordable & there are no contract surprises/changes written in. They also guide me on things I would have forgotten, like registering my alarm system with the local police. I appreciate their guidance and service.

"Protect America Alarm Systems are wireless home security systems that are so advanced and yet uncomplicated that the consumer can install all components to the system themselves. Tech support is provided which makes installation easy and very user friendly. The system is monitored and response to alarm signal is quick and nearly immediate. ( I accidentally set it off a couple times having forgotten that it was set when we left home). I've had a couple different systems in my homes over the years which were "professionally" installed; one was wired the other wireless. I install this myself with the help of tech support, I'm 65years old in good health but of course not as agile as I was a few years ago, but this system was a piece of cake for me to install. Every access to my home has been covered as well as some interior sensors. All of which have functioned flawlessly from day one!

So I called Safe Home Security. They asked some questions about our home and what we wanted, I explained in detail what I was thinking for cameras and a few other things, they quoted me, I said ok lets do it, and scheduled my installation. They had me installed the next day. My neighbor was burglarized recently so I was ready to get my system installed right away. I ended up getting the 2 camera setup and a doorbell camera. I got one of my cameras at no cost, which was nice, actually most of equipment was part of a special offer I was quoted. I am absolutely pleased with my decision and the ease of use of the app."
