We required having the existing roof removed down to the furring strips, and replacing it with plywood and shingles. They came and demolished the existing completely demolished roof. They removed the roof down to the base. Put a complete new layer/base of ALL NEW plywood covering the roof covering it in its entity. I have NEVER seen a more cleanly straight laid work in my life. They bought in a truck and consistently cleaned up ALL the debris VERY CLEAN!! they left my property in WAY better condition than when they arrived.
