"Excellent! First contact with the Company was at 8:00 on a Saturday morning and it was the answering service. The lady was very polite and asked a bunch of questions so when someone from Groya Plumbing and Heating called they already knew exactly what I needed. Ed called and was very courteous to talk with and went over all of the options, pricing, etc that could be involved depending on the problem. Larry was the Master Plumber that came to the house and did the actual work. It turned out it needed to be cleaned and I was charged a very reasonable price considering it was a Saturday morning. Larry was also very courteous and professional. I will call this Company first think in the future and hightly recommend them."

"All the work was professionally done and completed quickly.  The recommendation on the toilets was very good.  There was a misunderstanding on the finish of the sink and shower faucets and drain, which was remedied by Brubaker.  We had discussed both bright chrome and nickel in the showroom, and decided on the bright chrome with no written bid.  Brubaker installed the nickel, and offerred to make it right when we complained, either to charge us for the bright chrome which was cheaper or re-install. We chose to re-install, but it shows they're willing to work for customer satisfaction. We've used them for emergency plumbing for years, so did not bid out this upgrade job as we trust them.  Our only complaint is they cost a bit more than the competition, but it's worth it for the higher quality work. <br />"
