One of the replacement parts they brought was defective, not wanting to put that part in, they bought a new part.  It was installed and ready to go in a total of 25 min,  I was very pleased with the plumbers that came out, Rick and CJ, they were very courteous, professional and considerate of my home,  This is the 2nd time (The first time was for a clogged Main Line (shower, tub and toilet) I have used Plumbing Doc and I am very pleased with their service and prices.
