Not only did he complete the project on-time and under budget, he went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy customers. In one instance, we had purchased a heavy gate to be installed in the new doorway that Andrew put in between 2 of our warehouses. After installation, Andrew noted that the gate was significantly longer than we needed for that space and recommended that we remove one of the sections of the gate. He then volunteered to do this at no extra cost even though it required him to take the entire gate down, dissemble it and then reinstall it to the doorway. It is the little details like that make Andrew an exceptional contractor and one that we will continue to work with again and again. The countertops were installed incorrectly (on an angle) as well as cut incorrectly. Despite countless emails and phone calls, they refused to do the repair since they were paid in full. The operations manager, Mark Widen, said his hands are tied and that they wont honor the repair or warranty. I wouldn't EVER deal with this company again nor would I recommend them to my worst enemy!!!"
