They were very friendly and had wonderful customer service and worked with me to figure out the best fix for my project! I absolutely would hire them again, it was a quick, easy and painless project!!! Which is wonderful considering I thought it was going to be a headache to get my floor taken care of. "This is an old house and every room is a step up or down from the next.  We wanted the living room floor to blend with the dining room in level and in appearance.  A different wood thickness had to be used in both rooms in order for the end result to be level with no step up/down at the entrance.  The job was completed with the wood flooring blending nicely in both rooms.  Also, because we have a dog, Mr. Garris put a durable finish on the floor and it has held up beautifully over the years."
