They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. "We purchased this home on a Friday and decided earlier that week that the hardwood floors needed to be refinished before we moved in the following week. Allen stepped up and offered to do the job over the weekend. The house is nearly 100 years old and it looked like a previous owner tried to refinish the floors themselves and it showed.
