"Everything went very well. We sent Michael pictures of what needed to be done. He gave us a quote. We later asked him to come onsite to firm up the quote, which he did, and the price was the same. He stated he was booked some time out, but said he sometimes has cancellations. He contacted us and stated he indeed had a cancellation, so was able to start the next day. He started the work, even without a deposit, since it was short notice, and we were still away, out of town. We were trying to decide what to do for railing, and had captured quotes from supply companies for replacement aluminum or steel materials, but they seemed high. We asked Michael for his thoughts. He checked a hardware store for us, sent us pictures, and then sent us the part number/SKU's from the store. We paid the store directly, and he picked up the materials. The work is almost done, but all has gone great thus far, and we see no reason why it won't complete with great success."

"The best thing about Nail It Down is that they are very responsive. I learned about their company at a local business fair and talked to them about my roofing needs on my garage. We talked a little bit and I got their contact information. The staff I met were very friendly. A few days later, I called the company to schedule a free quote. They called me back quickly and we arranged a time for them to come out and give us an estimate. They were on time and gave us a fair quote. They brought out around six guys, worked quickly, and finished in just two days. They had to install new roofing due to wood rot and install new gutters. Overall, the new gutters look great and they cleaned up my driveway so well, it was like they were never there. I would highly recommend Nail It Down and even passed on their information to my dad who might also need some work done on his roof.
