"DON?T ever hire this company. They came and put six mice bait boxes in my house, tracked in mud and snow on my floors and carpeting. Also the technician was taking my bait stations I had previously put down and putting them into her box. Complete THEFT!!! No exclusions done. Please do not hire this company. It cost me $282 for that work. Totally ridiculous The site ANGI gives them rave reviews. How did that happen? "

"It was a pleasure working with Joe and Wendy. Their crew was incredible. They arrived at 8:00 and were pulling out of the driveway at 2:00. The roof is beautiful and the yard was immaculate after the job was done. You couldn’t even tell they had been here. The dumpster was gone the next morning. Joe and Wendy returned the next day to make sure that we were satisfied with the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof."

"Scheduling an appointment was a very frustrating endeavor. First, I tried to schedule using their online appointment request form, but never heard back. A week later, I called (and like every other time I called) had to leave a voicemail message asking for a call back that day or I would be taking my business everywhere. I got a call back about an hour later from an annoyed woman who complained that she was too overworked and that's why nobody was getting back to me. I was then able to schedule an appointment for about 7 weeks out to have my pellet stove cleaned. The day prior to the cleaning a work conflict came up and there was a chance I needed to reschedule the appointment. I called and left a voicemail explaining that I needed to know how long the appointment would take and that if it took longer than 1.5 hours I would need to reschedule. I received no call back. I called the next day (the day of the appointment) first thing in the morning, and had to leave another message stating the same thing. I STILL never received a call back. The stove technician (Noah) called to let us know he was on his way that afternoon and was able to finish the cleaning on time. The stove was cleaned adequately and he was both pleasant and respectful. Bottom line: Good luck scheduling an appointment or communicating with this business on your own time table - there is just no way to get in touch with anyone until they choose to call you back. That being said, one they arrived they were able to do the job adequately without further issue."

"It was fantastic. They responded to my emails promptly. They came when they were scheduled. And the quality of their work was superb. Everything was spotless - not an ash anywhere, not one dirty footprint to be found. They moved stuff that was in the way and placed it NEATLY out of the way. The pellet stoves were immaculate. I can't see inside my chimneys, but from the looks of everything else, I'm 100% confident that they did an excellent job in there too. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat!"

"I scheduled a $399 chimney cleaning, but the technician refused to do any work once he arrived. He claimed my chimney was a ?Level 3? hazard and unsafe to use, then charged me $150 for essentially nothing. He refused to inspect and quoted me nearly $10,000 for making the chimney operable ? even insisting on speaking with my husband (which was inappropriate and unnecessary). I later had another reputable company clean it without any problem; they confirmed it?s safe for this season and quoted a MUCH lower fee for future work, not $10,000. Very disappointed and would not recommend this company."

"Ordered and paid for custom awning that was to take 5 weeks. Its now been 16 weeks and still waiting. Owner is at best noncommunicable and at worst, rude. I'm now wondering if this is a scam and not a real business."
