"This is a negative review for A Plus Custom Renovation LLC. The company has not done the promised work. In early December, their sales representatives walked/inspected up on the roofs of my home & garage, with my insurance adjuster. An estimate was drawn up. A Plus Custom Renovation LLC was given a check up front, for supplies and to get my project of roof replacement calendared for January 2026. January being full, I was given February 3rd. Then reasonably due to weather the work date moved to the 6th. My insurance adjuster received a letter via snail mail on the 4th of February, then called to congratulate me as the letter was a Certification of Completion dated January 30th. The letter, from A Plus Custom Renovation requested monies for Recoverable Depreciation. There has been no work done. Materials were not ordered. Please, be aware of this company committing fraud with insurance companies and taking seniors monies."

"I needed this job done while being unable to be there in person but with my elderly mother in the home. Nathan with Elevated Exteriors was punctual and very communicative. He sent out Francisco who was very professional and personable with my mother. He was able to quickly quote an fair price and get us on the calendar for the following week. The job was done exactly as discussed and quoted. Excellent work. I would 100% recommend."
